- A single consolidated company table: Company lists in your Scarf dashboard have historically been spread out in a few different places and partitioned by different packages or interaction types. We’ve consolidated your company lists into a single place, so you always have your full list of commercial users at your fingertips.?
- Domain-level redirect packages: We’ve introduced domain-level redirects from Scarf Gateway, which let you to easily route all traffic from one domain to another. This can serve as a catch-all configuration when users hit routes that have not been explicitly set up in advance.
- A new status page: We switched status page providers for improved reporting history and uptime. Accessible at https://status.scarf.sh.
- Configurable table page sizes: Tables now accommodate more rows per page for better data visibility.
- A dedicated company insights page: View all company events (Downloads & Views) on a single page for streamlined analysis. Navigate to the “tools” dropdown in the navigation bar of the Scarf dashboard.?
- Introducing Collapsible Components: By user request, every component in your dashboard can be collapsed to hide charts you’re not interested in.

- Domain Verification: Troubleshooting CNAME configuration is now easier, as Scarf will verify your CNAME for you. This also adds another layer of security to protect your configured domains on Scarf.?
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Secure your account with standard multi-factor authentication.?
- Type 1 SOC 2: We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully completed a Type 1 System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) examination for our Scarf Platform service as of January 31, 2024. The examination conducted by AssurancePoint, LLC found that we achieved its service commitments and system requirements as measured by the SOC 2 criteria for Security. The examination concluded in an unqualified (clean) opinion.
