Scared doesn’t make Big Money!?
Life advice skills to change your outlook on money in your 20’s?
I recently watched Ryan Serhant’s Vlog where he talked about some money regrets in his 20s.?
My mind had those “aha” moments because this is exactly how I feel.?
And he mentioned this quote, "scared doesn’t make big money”.?
According to him, you’ve got to see money as a tool to work for you and not for you to work for it.?
Now you’re saying, “but we have to work to make money.”
I know but tackle it with a strong mentality!?
So, hear me out, I spent my early 20s so focused on working for money,?
(I still do, but with a different mentality)?
Will talk more on this, so better stick around.?
So, here are some things I should have focused and spent my money on,?
(a reasonable % of my money)
Understanding that you’ve got to invest in yourself is a big mentality change.?
I always thought I needed to save so much,
but I forgot there’s still 70 plus years to get that on lock.?
Now is the time to INVEST in yourself.

Understand that you have to be valuable in the marketplace to attract more money from the person you become.?
Remember, "Success comes to attractive people - Jim Rohn."

You’ve got to become an attractive person for the marketplace.?
A big mistake was I wanted to show I had money, to bring people closer,?
whereas all I needed to do was invest in them and they’d have a strong loyalty to me.?
Invest conversations, care, calls, texts, time & effort in those relationships.
Case in point: you have to be convinced of who you’re investing in.?
'Is this relationship going to blossom into something great or worse?'
A quote from Psychology of money, “Your personal experience with money makes up 0.00000001% of what happens in the world and maybe 80% of how you think the world truly works.?
I wish to have traveled more, though I did some inter-state travels, but it didn’t cut it.?
“I wanted to see the cold regions of Alaska & the rugged men in Jamaica & Pharaohs tombs in Egypt”
Life is pretty sweet on the other side, (I didn’t say greener).?
You’ve got to go there and see it and enjoy it.?
You’ve got to break the mentality that you may be poor by investing in the above.?
You won’t!?
