Just look around what is the scarcest human resource today, yeap great leaders…
I promised in last week when I was talking about the psychology of exceptional leaders and how it influences the entire organization, I agreed to answer the often asked question can anyone become a leader?
This is an excellent question if you wish to find an answer to whether leadership is an innate quality versus teachable. As we don't see many great leaders around us the presupposition for a lot of people will be then well, it must be this innate talent.
Some people are born with more certainty, and they are willing to take more risks. But anyone can be a leader in something that they decide to become masterful in. Definitely everyone should lead their own life and family.
I believe that leadership is a skill. It starts with having something that you're committed to that's larger than yourself a vision that's bigger than yourself. If there's a large enough vision and you got enough passion for that vision, then you're going to have enough drive to start to execute. If you like the topic you can read through on my blog, link is in the comments!
