Scandinavian Monopoly Tenders Update - 12th of December 2024

An announcement by Systembolaget took place the 12th of December. Announcement was for so called FSN tenders (Permanent listing tenders). Systembolaget also published few new TSV (Fixed purchase tenders) in the very enf of November. Also Vinmonpolet (Norway) announced a new purchae plan the 2nd of December.

Systembolaget (Sweden)

New FSN Announcement 12th of December of 50+ tender calls for Wine, Beer, Spirits and Cider.

Details Systembolaget TSV tenders:

• More than 50 % of the new tender calls ask for another container format than bottle. Most common is Bag-in-box, but also PET and Can container is mentioned.
• Many tenders specify that it have to be an organic or sustainable certfied wine. For Beer tenders it is no such restrictions.
• It continue to be fairly tight price points on beer tenders.
• Selected products in this tender round will be launched in September and December 2025

Except this TSV announcement, Systembolaget has uploaded several new requests however deadlines that place in December and January.

ALKO (Finland)

It has not been any new announcements recently. Last update is from 3rd of October.

Vinmonpolet (Norway)

Vinmonopolet announced new tenders 2nd of December. Several new tenders. For many regions, Vinmonopolet decide to ask for several products. Example, for Bairrada, Central otago and Kakheti it is several tenders. Deadlines for tenders starts in January.
