Scammers Looking To Steal Your SBA Loan

As COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the country and businesses everywhere are attempting to get relief from the federal government via SBA programs, it is an opportune time for scammers to strike when most people’s guards down. During these unfortunate times, scammers are still attempting to hack, phish, and attack businesses and people that are our heart and soul of our country. Here is a message from one of our business partners. They found that one of their customers, who just filed for an SBA loan, received an email confirmation from what looked like the SBA.  The confirmation email does look and appear to be legitimate, but upon further inspection of message headers and mail logs, it was a fake, spoofing the domain @sba.gov domain.
