3 things you need to scale your coaching online in 2021...
1.You need to be aligned...
But Chad I thought you were the practical one break me down the strategies...
This is a strategy...
What I've discovered in 2020 about alignment is this..
If you are not aligned to make a certain impact, or make a certain amount of money you won't make it..
We went from landing 40 clients in a few months to only landing a few for the rest of the year (thank god for recurring income)
And glad we did what I share here to turned things around...
Why did this happen?
We didnt have 2 aligned parties to how our business was running...
There are 3 types of alignment you will need to scale your coaching to 20K plus in 2021...
A. Alignment with self if you are not aligned to scale your coaching business you won't and it will feel like you have an invisible wall in your way..
B.Alignment with your business, what are you doing for your clients and are you aligned with the clients you work with...
C.Alignment with team you will need a small team to start scaling your coaching and if they are not aligned with your mission then it will be more challenging to grow..
We were unaligned in all 3 areas...
This caused us to work hard we were getting hundreds of people to our challenges we were booking tons of calls and they were converting to clients like they had been...
2. Money story: do you make a bunch of money and then its gone before you know it?
Do you believe you have to work hard for money?
What stories are stored in your subconscious gets put out into the world with your actions..
Here is a tip successful coaches are resourceful..
When they are looking to get support in growing their coaching and there is a financial investment they ask How can I find the money or how much could this help me make?
Or even better, who do I get to become finding the money to invest into this program?
Successful people ask how can I?
3. Strategy: If you do not have a strategy to take cold audience that have no clue who are to warm them then get them to raise their hand and say I need help then you will never have a consistent coaching business and it will be impossible to scale
A. Cold audience: You need to get super clear between the difference Problems your potential clients are aware of and ones that you solve..
Solve problems that people are aware of in their real-life not jargon coaching terms In the process of doing this educate them that there are underlying issues they are not aware of and that your methodology solves this and invite them to discover your methodology deeper..
B. Warm: Go into depth around your methodology and how you make a difference with your clients.
Tell stories of clients getting results.
Share stories that overcome objections, build deep rapport and build credibility.
C.Hot marketing: How can you put posts infront of your perfect clients that get them to raise their hand and say I need help with that.
