Scaling up: from one, two processes... to the entire organization

The value stream mining company: We help you improve your operational performance with the most flexible Process Mining
It is an old aspiration of the pioneers of process intelligence to have standardized logs that allow fast data loading.
The problem stems from the fact that when corporate systems were designed, no consideration was given to the logic of understanding process, but rather existing workflows were incorporated into the new systems often without any transformation or even questioning the logic of what they accomplished and why.
This creates a barrier to escalating process mining projects, especially if they are not self-contained within a single tool, as they have to be treated on a case by case basis. But the reality is that when an organization starts on this journey, they generally ask for more.
To this end, we are currently working on standardizing the creation of logs in a client to allow for a large set of procedures to be analyzed through process mining rapidly, so that it takes less than a week to get results.
The idea is for each system to generate (in addition to the basic fields) a collection of structured attributes that are common and can be associated to existing dashboards that already provide a way to analyze and track compliance with service level agreements, without the need to create new templates.

With this solution, by receiving data from each process in one-hour cycles and storing it in a repository with access to the entire history, will allow the administrator to provide access to Inverbis to specific users and deploy for them a series of dashboards that contain the information they need.
The dashboards will be updated as required and if there is a need to go deeper into the analysis, the logs contain in addition to the standardized structure, everything that the system already records, so that new ad-hoc analyses can be conducted together with new customized dashboards.
Along these lines the IT community is already creating standards that will allow a more massive creation of traces.
But this is a topic for another time, and we will certainly discuss it in the near future.
In the meantime...
