Scaling by not reinventing the wheel
You can...
A: Sign a new client...
Then like everyone else, figure out how to go get another client. Each new client means you create something custom and start over at zero.
Ex: I design a web page for a new client. The next client gets a whole brand new website from scratch.
or...
B. Sign a new client and figure out how to reuse what already worked.
Figure out how to turn that success into a usable asset that you can use again and again without any extra work.
Ex: I get an ad working for a roofer in Frog Balls, Arkansas. What do you want to bet that same ad and landing page would work in 4015 other counties? Change the names and phone numbers and rinse, lather, repeat.
Part of "scaling" your agency is not reinventing the wheel every 5 minutes.
Food for thought.
