Today in Las Vegas, had the opportunity to lead an expert panel discussion with Brad Margolis, Ph.D. , VP Talent Dev & People Programs for Freenome , Dr. Chrissy Roth-Francis , Director, Talent Development for LinkedIn , and Shelley Greenwald , Director of Global Leadership Development for Palo Alto Networks .

According to 麦肯锡 , only about 10% of Leadership Development programs produce strong results. In another study by The Conference Board , only 29% of the organizations reported that their Leadership Development programs were effective at meeting business goals. So with all of the money being spent on these programs, we came up with some ideas around the following questions to make an impactful difference.
