In an increasingly digital/virtual world, digital invitations play a pivotal role, and JoyInvite was already a star. Featured on WhatsApp’s official business account, they handled hundreds of clients and delivered exceptional service. However, as their popularity grew, they faced a common challenge: their manual processes couldn’t keep up with the increasing demand.
When JoyInvite approached me, they were clear about their goal: scale operations without compromising the quality of service. They needed a solution that would automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and allow their team to focus on what they do best—creating beautiful wedding invitations.
Here’s the journey of how we made it happen.
JoyInvite was relying entirely on WhatsApp Business for client communication. While this setup worked well during their early stages, it became unsustainable as their client base expanded.

The first step was to deeply understand JoyInvite’s existing processes. I analyzed their WhatsApp conversations, observed their client interactions, and documented their workflow from inquiry to project delivery.

JoyInvite had already shortlisted a provider, 11ZA , for their WhatsApp API implementation. As I wasn’t affiliated with any software, I was able to evaluate their choice objectively.
After reviewing 11ZA’s features, pricing, and compatibility with JoyInvite’s needs, I confirmed it was an excellent option. The platform offered the necessary tools to automate workflows, manage large volumes of conversations, and integrate seamlessly with their existing operations.
JoyInvite purchased the license, and we were ready to move forward.
Step 3: Designing the Workflow
Once the software decision was finalized, I moved on to designing the automation flow. Using a mind map, I visually mapped out every step of the client journey, from the first inquiry to the final delivery of wedding invitations.
