Scaling Heights: Athreyan Narayan's 17 years at Allsec

Mr. Athreyan Narayan aka Keith , our AGM, reminisces upon and shares a highlight reel of his 17+ years at Allsec Technologies.

My career trajectory at Allsec has been a rollercoaster ride from the moment I joined the company as a teenager. Similar to the amusement park attraction, there were many breathtaking moments. However, I also learned to trust the systems in place to keep me safe while scaling great heights. Allsec’s motto of ‘Building Lasting Relationships’ also resonated with me. Our strength and success stem from becoming a safety net for our clients, enabling them to soar high while still being grounded on operational excellence.

I am still working towards unleashing my full potential, and I’m yet to deliver my best. However, I’m proud to have scaled up from a small team of 3 to leading a huge department. We have grown from winning over a client's trust, to having a CS email campaign, and undertaking their entire back-office operations with myriad business verticals. Allsec has taught me about the perils of hesitation. Working here helped me realize the truth behind the Bhagavad Gita quote, ‘Go with your guts, and glory awaits!’

My time at Allsec has proven that change is the only permanent thing. We are confident that the tides of change will take us to new, unexplored waters and toward years of stupendous growth. My goal is to drive Allsec from a mid-cap company to a large-cap company. Today, I focus on enabling Allsec to tap into new ventures that improve our capabilities while cementing our reputation as a brand with solutions for every business problem.
