In the process Activision18, an Indian media firm (almost 47%}, Reliance Industries- an Indian conglomerate (16%} and Disney (almost 37%) will jointly share in the profits and royalties to be derived from their culturally responsive adaptions of their rich, cultures - the product of combined imaginations: WSJ?
Several thoughts come to mind as a result of this announcement.? I once sold $2 million worth of Barbie (Mattel) and Hot Wheels (Mattel) bicycles, tricycles and accessories at Toy Fair - the annual toy expo - from NYC to Venezuela. Such a sale from Toy Fair was unheard of at the time. Barbie and Hot Wheels outsold Matchbox and dominated the global market by gaining royalties in every country where their products were licensed and sold.?
Every country’s infrastructure reflects its achievements and the wise utilize these achievements to market the imagination and culture.?
The UAE and Saudi Arabia are no different. Nor are France:
with Notre Dame, Mont Saint Michel and Chartres -
and Haiti:
with La Citadel, Sans Souci - the Palace of Henri Christophe and its Art.

Pirates once received letters of marque whereby they were legitimized to pursue the interests of nations. Sir Francis Drake was a case in point as was the Pirate Jean Lafitte:
