Scaling coaching and development to an entire organization powered by AI and LLM

We are truly living in an AI era, and organizations are striving to find ways to take advantage of AI, but many don't know how to go about it. Many software solutions have already embedded AI into their solutions, which takes away the complexity of AI from the organizations that want to get their personnel familiar with AI. I have been in the software industry for quite a while, and I specifically believe in software packaging, where all potential customization is made through innovative user interfaces. Clients can also manage the solution environment by themselves if they so wish. For many organizations, a packaged AI solution is a way to get started with their AI journey.

Humantelligence is a great example of a company that has been able to fuse industry-strength, award-winning psychometric assessments, and a large language model (LLM) and offer a scalable learning and development environment for organizations that want to provide a coaching environment for their employees 24/7. Yet again, we see an example of how AI changes an entire industry. In a large organization, coaching personnel is costly, especially if coaching is targeted outside the employees who are considered "top future talent."

The list of potential questions is endless and gives everybody access to valuable coaching. This democratizes coaching across the entire organization at a cost that is a fraction of the physical coaching offered to hundreds or thousands of people. A human coach still has a role, but the human coach can focus on leveraging AI-driven tools. This is yet another example of AI changing the landscape of the industry, and in this case, it will be the learning and development industry. Regardless of industry, each of us has to reevaluate what we are doing, how we are doing it, and what we need to change to stay competitive.

This is interesting. However, the challenge may be conquered temporarily only. Over the time, seeing the "same kind" of emails can easily put off the employees. Humans can see "patterns in patterns". Just like now a days, many LinkedIn posts with lots emojis (we can sense it's written with AI's help). This realization takes away that "human appeal" from the message. Thus, leading to desensitization and defeating the purpose. What is your thought Dr. Petri I. Salonen
