How significant are you?
The dictionary definition of ‘significant’ is – ‘sufficiently great or important to be worthy of attention; noteworthy’.
- So, what makes you worthy of attention?
- How do you share your particular value?
- How do you appreciate and support your colleagues?
- How are you evolving and growing?
- What lasting impact are you making?
When you know the answers to these questions and truly believe in the value you have to share, you can lead from a position of real authenticity. Where do you sit on the Scale of Significance?
There are 6 key pillars that impact on your Significance which are all inextricably linked. Neglect one pillar and it will impact on the rest. How do you rate your significance? Take the test now.
