Channelyze has recently launched the ability to handle referral partners better than any other system on the market.

In the world of ecosystems, we have made it possible for multiple tiers of the channel to have referral partners that can generate leads and submit them to the respective party.

Each referral lead can be passed by the distributor or vendor to another transacting partner and be tracked across the entire journey!

Rather than only working referral leads direct, you can now pass referral leads to the best partner for the job.

With Calculations across commissions as well as margins in the channel, you are always up to date on who is working a lead, who generated a lead and who is due what!

Channelyze handles the tiers for referral partners by calculating their commission pay outs, whether that’s for the initial deal, upsells, renewals and for what period of time. The pay out period is also handled by Channelyze to make sure that you have paid your commissions on time and to the right people.

Referral partners don’t need to just enter leads into the system anymore and instead they can enrol into campaigns. Built by you, the vendor, you dictate what content gets pushed out via your referral partners. This transforms the referral partner into more of an affiliate partner without them having to write a single piece of content.

The content that you create as a vendor gets pushed to their own social media channels and captures leads via the inbuilt forms into those campaigns.

Each campaign can be tracked from the vendor side so you know what content is working for your referral partners and what’s not!

With the vendor created landing pages that are branded with the partners logo and name, the referral partner can just collect leads without knowing that any of this exists in the background.

Their audience becomes your audience at the click of a button!

Once a lead has been captured by a referral partner, it is submitted to the vendor and is ready to be worked either direct or passed to a partner. Once it is closed won, the payment calculation to the referral is worked out and handled in the billing and payments engine of Channelyze.

The referral partner is constantly up to date on the state of the deal with our automated notifications inside of Channelyze for when a deal is closed, pending payment, paid out and so on.
