1. Describe yourself and your role.

I am the Lead of Business Operations & Administration - APAC for STRATACACHE India, based in Bangalore. My responsibility is to ensure the effective functioning and growth of the company in the Asia-Pacific region.

I have worked here for 7 years.

3. What is your favourite part of working at our company?

Trust, transparency and career growth and development.

4. What has been the biggest challenge or proudest moment of your career?

My career growth over 7 years, from a Business Relationship Manager to the Lead of Business Operations & Administration, has been my biggest achievement, and I always strive for more challenges!

5. What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?

Business Operations may go unnoticed, but it plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and success of the overall business. It involves problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a holistic view of how different components of a company work together to achieve its objectives.

6. How would you describe your company culture?

STRATACACHE typically encompasses positive values, work environment, communication styles, leadership principles, and overall employee experience. The work culture here plays a significant role in determining how employees interact with each other, approach their work, and contribute to the company's mission and goals.

7. What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
