Hello, I’m Manwendra Singh I have over 12-years of experience in my career, and I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse industries. As a sports enthusiast and food lover, I balance my professional life with personal passions that enrich my worldview. My primary role at Scala as a project manager involves client interaction, ensuring projects are delivered on time through effective team coordination.
Company Journey:
I've been with the company for seven years, starting as a project coordinator. Over the years, I've adapted and grown, now managing projects independently as a Project Manager. I also focus on training my team, enhancing our collective ability to complete projects efficiently.
Favorite Aspects:
What I value most about working here is our culture and operational approach. Our active HR team genuinely cares for each employee's wellbeing, reinforcing our trust in the company.
Career Highlights:
A significant career challenge was my third project, a Pan India kiosk installation for our most valued client in India. Despite no prior experience in such installations, I successfully managed the project in Chandigarh, which bolstered the client's trust in our company and was a proud moment for me.
