We are all building Education in a way,

That is not sustainable, NOT KIND and NOT WORKING.

The system needs to change, or maybe it needs deleting

We are building an essential service on tired teachers.

All teachers are not tired but most teachers are

We need to build EDUCATION back better

You need scaffolding to build well

Scaffolding is support teachers give to students while the build a new skill.

But TEACHERS NEED support and voice

This is how the system works

A PROBLEM

ANSWER= A TEACHER

right now we are experiencing teacher shortage

and TEACHER SHORTAGE NEVER GOES AWAY

answer throw a teacher, is usually a tired TEACHER

AT ANY problem that exist.

WE need to BUILD THE SYSTEM BETTER

or we will continue to experience an EXODUS OUT OF CLASSROOMS

AS self preservation is a sensible approach to survival.
