8 个月That all sounds great in theory but how on earth will any of that ever be implemented? Sun hats? More breaks? I can literally hear QS's falling off their chairs. If we as an industry really care for scaffolders' safety why aren't we suspending scaffold operations during heat waves? Telling scaffolders to stay at home on full pay as its too hot (surely nasc, cisrs, simian, safety and access, citb, the government etc can all donate to the "we care about scaffolders so much" fund to provide the wages? Wouldn't it be easier to tell scaffolders things like "it's down to the individual to decide if the wind, sun, snow, rain is bad enough to stop working" *obviously if you go home you won't get paid"
