SBM Migration solution is a platform independent migration solution that can migrate any type of content from any non-IBM system to IBM Filenet repository. The solution maintains an exhaustive log of the migration activity with roll back facility

Solution has been used to migrate different types of content for different customers, different technologies and different platforms in SIDF, Saudi Electricity company and Riyadh Bank.

Riyadh Bank used the solution to migrate more than 32 Million documents from all Non IBM solutions to IBM FileNet Repository.

• More than 32 Million sensitive and classified Documents in an encrypted format.
• Documents size was more than 4 terabyte and containing about 1 Billion page.
• Migration enhanced documents classification with much better data design and security.
• Complex bank environment with many security restrictions and network policies.
• decrypt documents with rate of 350 Thousand Documents per day.
• Documents was imported to live IBM Filenet 5.2 environment that already contains more than 200 Million documents that serve more than 3000 users and respond to approximately 100 Thousand requests daily  .
• Main migration strategy was to finish as soon as possible "due to many considerations"; without affecting negatively any of the bank systems.
