SBA Offers Increased Assistance To Black Female Business Owners

Investor at Atento Capital | Creator of The Black Family Masterplan
Hey everyone! Sorry that I'm in a rush today, but I just finished up at the A.G. Gaston Conference down here in Birmingham. I want to give a special thanks to Bob Dickerson for inviting me out to the event. I had the opportunity to present my Black Family Masterplan and it was well received by the audience. The highlight of the event for me was listening to Dr. Andre Perry's keynote about knowing your value, especially for physical assets. Between his keynote and my presentation, I'm realizing that we (America) view wealth through a eurocentric lens, which often causes Black assets to be devalued. I'm looking forward to researching more about potential solutions to this that I can test out in Tulsa over the next couple of years.
