Saying YES to Collective Leadership ??

When we gathered the community together in Australia, Coralus Activators from?Wicked Elephants Co-Op ?shared an energizing practice of going around in a circle, saying and hearing the word “YES”. We started carrying this forward as a ritual to close our gatherings - sending everyone off with the energy of affirmation and abundance for the rest of their day.

This echo of “Yes” has been felt everywhere as we’ve seen collective leadership take off at Coralus in so many ways…

From seeds of people finding each other and connecting locally through our Coralus Connector to forming sprouts of community with regular monthly gatherings in their city. Last month?we collectively hosted 14 gatherings, across 4 countries, with over 177 in attendance ?and have many more planned for the coming months.

We’ve seen community-led efforts in Australia and New Zealand to start pollinating and sharing invites across their networks for the opening of our?next round of Venture applications .

Collective leadership here doesn’t have to look or feel like a whole other job or to-do list. It can be as simple as inviting a friend to the next gathering or sharing your story of a recent community experience out loud.?
