Saying goodbye, looking ahead & watch out!

After 20+ years on & off, over seven tours of duty with both full time and consulting gigs, I’m ending my time at EMC/Dell. As I look forward to my next challenge, I’m also a little bittersweet as I take this next exciting step.

I owe a world of thanks to my teammates - some of the most creative, smart, adventurous, hard-working individuals I’ve ever known, most of whom I consider life-time friends.  

A world of thanks for the wonderful, supportive and empathetic leaders over the years that I’ve had the pleasure to work with who were there for me to provide guidance and advice (and a shoulder when I lost close family members, as it’s not all about the work, but also the worker.) You’ve helped me flourish in my career, think outside the box, always strive for more, give back to my mentees and coworkers, and provide an example of what an empathetic, smart leader looks like.  

I am truly proud of what I’ve accomplished personally and professionally during my time at EMC/Dell, and I am truly proud to have been part of one of the greatest technology companies of all time. So, thank you to all the wonderful people I’ve had the true pleasure of working with – it’s been an incredible ride! While I’m sad to close the door on this chapter, I am so very excited for the next!

Next up: I am so looking forward to joining a fabulous team in one of the great companies to work for, Cisco, and plan to make a huge impact when I get there. Stay tuned!
