What's new in Zoho Sign? ?
Launch of service from Saudi Arabian datacenter: Zoho Sign has launched its services from its new datacenters located in Saudi Arabia. This enables our customers in Saudi Arabia to store and manage their business documents digitally within the kingdom to ensure better compliance with its data privacy laws.
Zoho Sign chatbot in Microsoft Teams: The Zoho Sign app for Microsoft Teams now includes a chatbot for easier usage. Users can conveniently send, sign, and access documents directly from the chatbot in Teams and receive notifications about document activity within their Zoho Sign account as messages from the bot.
Control measures for life sciences and healthcare industries (v1.1): The control measures have been extended to cover making corrections to documents and other workflow settings of envelopes that are in progress but have not been approved or signed by any of the recipients.
Webhook security using hash-based message authentication codes (HMAC): Users can now secure webhooks created in Zoho Sign using HMAC-SHA256, an industry standard symmetric hashing mechanism. Enabling HMAC signature ensures the authenticity and integrity of the webhook callback.
Support for merging documents within envelopes: Users can now merge documents they upload to Zoho Sign into one or more files within the same envelope or document signature request before proceeding to sign them or send them out for signatures.
