We are proud to announce the launch of The Pivot Plant.
2020 has already brought a tsunami of change - and next year looks just as challenging. Forbes has called Covid-19 ‘a before-and-after moment in the digital transformation.’ Our mission is to help businesses that need guidance handling this - identifying issues, rebuilding approaches, accelerating change and ‘pivoting’ where necessary.
Two of the most important skills in post-pandemic marketing are flexibility and agility. We’re three co-founders and a network of associates with varied, discrete and complementary skills and backgrounds – grounded in digital communications, and tailored to helping businesses operationally adapt to rapidly changing conditions. We are uniquely placed to help businesses that may be operating behind the curve to transform into digital-first businesses - and be nimble enough to race ahead of their competitors.
What sort of business might need this help the most? Probably not corporates with multi-million dollar budgets. They’re well-served by large, formal, well established media and management consultancies, with familiar names, costly infrastructures and big offices. We’re built from the ground up to be more agile and to help:

- Progressive businesses, focused on cost-effectiveness
This is because we work just like these businesses - lean and fast, with low overheads and price-points.
We launched The Pivot Plant to kick-on from the great experiences we’ve had as consultants working for bigger brands involved in ‘change management’. All of us know how pivotal external advisors can be - asking questions others can’t, and guiding clients through change with foresight and certainty. In ensuring that these services are available to a broader range of businesses, we will achieve amazing results.
The Pivot Plant can help with all aspects of digital transformation, organisational design, creative, communications and media strategy, plus helping get the delivery mix right - optimising external relationships and in-housing to generate huge savings. Any of these projects can be the catalyst for a business-wide pivot that can turn the challenges of this year and next into a new direction and success.
