Summer is here, which means it's time for 19 excited and talented students to join our team for the next few months. We're thrilled to introduce you to our 2022 Summer Interns!

Our Internship Program is more than a summer job. It's a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn from great people, prepare for a rewarding career, and gain real-life experiences in construction management. By combining Superintendent, Preconstruction, and Project Manager experiences, we provide a comprehensive and unique look into various jobs and careers the construction industry has to offer.

Over the next few months, our interns will gain hands-on experience working with our teammates in a dynamic and culturally-driven team environment. They'll have the opportunity to work face-to-face with our clients, architects, subcontractors and partners, assist with construction documentation, and get their hands dirty on job walks and site visits.

CHASSE represents the company culture I'd want to invest my time and career into. So far, CHASSE feels like the kind of team/family that you'd want to go above and beyond for.

What are you looking forward to most as a CHASSE Intern??I'm looking forward to learning with the great team at CHASSE and developing my personality and skills through this learning experience.

What is your favorite part about Arizona??I love Arizona for its weather, even when it's over 110 degrees in the summer and everything you touch is scalding hot.

I'm not sure what I want to do yet, but I'm interested to see what the preconstruction side looks like.

What do you want to do in the A/E/C industry??My dream is to become a Superintendent for the Commercial and K-12 sectors.

What are you looking forward to most as a CHASSE Intern??I'm excited to further my knowledge in the industry's project management, estimating, and scheduling aspects.

You're stranded on a deserted island and given the chance to bring 3 items. What are they??A helicopter, fuel, and a pilot to get me off the island.

CHASSE has a culture that I have never seen before. It's truly different here.

What do you want to do in the A/E/C industry??I'm currently most interested in pursuing a Project Manager or Superintendent career.

What is your favorite thing about living in Arizona??My favorite thing about Arizona is all the places around to explore and hike. Arizona is diverse from forests to deserts.

I'm excited to learn more about the building processes and any tricks of the trade or skills.

Fun fact:?I like to hike. Last summer, I got to hike to the top of Mount Washington, a peak in the Olympic Mountains of Washington state.
