So, after joining the waitlist for Microsoft's AI Chat functionality based on #ChatGPT , this morning I eventually got access to potentially the most powerful AI-powered chatbots in the market! And it is probably a good reason to start using Bing vs Google search! (if you have missed the news on potentially one of the largest tech battles read my previous article on the topic here)
It is really impressive how the online search experience is transforming !
As of now, the Bing Chatbot still lacks some core functionalities, like options to download or share your prompts and outputs, plus there is no option to keep your prompt history ( you can do this in the free ChatGPT model).
In order to use Bing Chat you need to join the waitlist and once you get approved you need to use Microsoft's Edge browser and access it via Bing.com.
If you are happy to "betray" Google Chrome and give another chance to Microsoft, most probably you won't regret it! From there a whole new world is opening up and believe it or not as of now this search experience is much better vs #Google search!! It is extremely fast and mind-blowing on how much easier it is to find information and generate content.

Compared to the current versions of OpenAI's ChatGPT model, Bing AI chatbot brings current news to its chat for up-to-date results - and the way it does it is quite powerful. Actually, you can also get up-to-date results in ChatGPT by using a Chrome extension (https://github.com/qunash/chatgpt-advanced) but still the Bing output is much better as it supported / designed by MSFT.
I really don't know if it is a coincidence or not but for the last couple of days the free ChatGPT is reaching its capacity much faster than the previous weeks - probably because even more people are using it - meaning you cannot actually use it. It is like OpenAI is pushing you to pay in order to use their chatbot or somehow supporting Microsoft's free alternative. You can always opt to pay the $20 monthly fee that gives you access to ChatGPT Plus, OpenAI’s first subscription service.?With the paid version, you will get general access to ChatGPT even during peak times, faster response times and priority access to new features and improvements. So, in any case it seems that now apart from the market leader, ChatGPT, there is a new kid on the block and it has high chances to be the Google killer!
I am really looking forward to testing Google's response to ChatGPT, Bard, but till then it will be a while before visiting Google for my search needs.
In summary, Microsoft's incorporation of AI chat functionality on Bing is transforming the search experience. It's faster, more efficient, and provides up-to-date results, making it a game-changer in the market. Join the waitlist, give it a go, and see for yourself why it's becoming a serious contender to Google search.
Last but not least, be very careful on how you utilize the content generated by all those AI chatbots. Both ChatGPT and Bing Chatbot make regular mistakes so before using their output you need to challenge it and double - check it!
