Say Goodbye to Engagement on X

Since Elon Musk took charge of the platform formerly known as Twitter, he's made some... puzzling decisions. At this point, it's par for the course. But his latest change takes it to a whole new level.
Everyone who's used any social media platform is familiar with the "Like" and "Comment" buttons. If you've used X/Twitter, you know how important the "Repost" button is. They are the primary way that users interact with content on the platform.
Not anymore! Elon Musk has decided that these buttons make the feed look too cluttered, so X will be removing them. No, this isn't an early April Fools joke.
Here's the good news: the view count and time posted will stay where they are. Hooray?
Users will still be able to like and repost content on X, but they'll now have to use gestures to do it, or hold down on a post to bring up more options. Of course, this will make it far more cumbersome for users to engage with content on X, and we can all probably expect our engagement numbers to drop once this is implemented.
Honestly, I give up on trying to understand these decisions, but what do you think? How much impact will this have on your KPIs on X? Let us know and continue this conversation on X .
