Say the aspect of the past or the lesson of life But lessons are important for life..

It was the year of my life and I used to work with the company in Pantnagar and I was posted as an officer in a logistics & warehouse department. One day my boss called me and said, you have to come to work on Sunday this week. And I said yes and started on my work.

The next day I came to work we have sent some stock to a mother warehouse, which was my mistake. I was unable to confirm the dispatched boxes quantity which was loaded in the vehicle. Next day I got to know that some boxes like 2 or 3 boxes extra in the company's mother warehouse and the next day the production manager fired me.

I have begged him a lot, give me one more chance to rectify my mistakes, and requested a lot. But they did not listen to me and they fired me. I was very sad, but then I begged him once, he did not listen.

And on the go, he told me one thing, Dhirendra never again works in the Logistics Department. I do not know what that person thought and said why. But I took his point as a lesson. today I am working as a Logistics and Fleet operations head with a company which based in abroad. 

I am sharing all this here not to make the person feel inferior or small, but to thank that person. Even today I am in touch with that gentleman. 

Folks, Sometimes whatever happens to us is a means for a good path. I want to thank that gentleman in my life forever.
