saVVy is conceptual unconventional and conventional innovative product design environment at internet, targets to achieve ambitious targets of engineering, on circularity, sustainability, efficiency through life cycles of of product from cradle to grave, achieving carbon neutrality, on product design, development, optimization and manufacturing processes monitored updated all through life of product, using digital twinning replicated against physical surrogate on Artificial Neural Network model developed and trained using vast amount of data on open source framework.

saVVy is enabled on open source framework, on featured sub branches, created and committed in Github repositiories, kept in active development until end of product life, ?It is collaborative effort, It is LGPL licensed, free and open to all users and designers contributing to build sub branches in Github.

saVVy aims to provide inspiring opportunity to harness digital twin to achieve circular product design and manufacturing developing to achieve circularity, sustainability, efficiency and carbon neutrality, which we have featured on innovative power train system design, We use digital twins to strategise new cross-disciplinary opportunities and drive smart digital transformation. And we do utilise digital twins technology to achieve aggressive sustainability goals, circularity during conceptual design and manufacturing, product efficiency and carbon neutrality. Digital twins will combine with other emerging technologies to multiply their potential for innovation.

saVVy aims to highlight and control materials all through life cycles, which is matter on circular design and create alternatives to substitute, and upgrade, recycle by the end of product life, achieved on digital twin replicated from physical surrogate. ?saVVy is conceptual platform using surrogate learning recycling method which enable the design of products that are used more than once. saVVy considers all aspects of product development and design starting from cradle. Circular economy principles enabled and implemented on digital twin deliver sustainable product, designed, produced and updated all through product life cycles.

SaVVy enabled to make dreams of designer, to empower all to design Conceptual conventional and unconventional Vehicle Design on living digital twin developed, validated, updated against physical surrogate replica through life . saVVy is built with the ability to analyse and optimize both conventional and unconventional designs using disruptive technologies at internet. This capability is achieved in part by allowing analysis information for emission free product to be drawn from multiple sources integrated on digital model tested against physical surrogate.

Digital twins can make smart by combining sensing techniques with AI and machine learning models. By measuring and modelling every detail of the product, we may have a digital twin that reflects the product's state at all times. Digital twin is progressive living digital model, integrated into untapped operational data network, updated and monitored all through product life cycles, to achieve management of emission free product using surrogate life cycle assessment method. Surrogate Life Cycle. Assessment method based on Artificial Neural Network trained high level product descriptors, without requiring the development of new model, and environmental performance data from pre-existing detailed lifecycle assessment studies and related data used to develop multi level virtual models. Digital living twin is updated and optimised through life using surrogate, replicated created directly from operational data, and mission profile.

The implications are profound: real-time assessments and diagnostics much more precise than currently possible; repairs literally executed in the moment; and innovation that is faster, cheaper, and more radical.

This technology stand to change the innovation game by enabling three critical drivers:

1.??Continuous evaluation. Traditionally, most complex products could be fully analyzed, piece by piece, only twice during their lifetime --- when they were created and when they were broken down at the end of their life cycle. Now that sensors can capture and continuously update the product's digital twin throughout its lifetime, manufacturers have a live window inside the product through life.

2.??Faster, cheaper prototyping. Digital twins can dramatically lessen the need for expensive tests and physical prototypes, reducing the cost and increasing the speed of innovation.

3.??Innovating at the limits. Digital twins can be invaluable in achieving these circularity goals by helping to reduce energy consumption drastically and supporting more efficient development alternatives.

saVVy is going to be integrated into aLL-i master stage engineering platform where life twins replicated against physical surrogate are created, developed and updated through life of product, the other featured masters considered to be integrated into design, prototyping and digital manufacturing process, will be aLL-i electric enabled on all electric propulsion, and i-power featured on fuel system design and management, all are considered to be integrated into aLL-i master stage, to create fully functional design model on digital twins by harnessing disruptive technologies transforming engineering, to create digital twins, developed, updated through life against physical replica, to achieve circularity on design and manufacturing all through product life , carbon neutrality, efficiency and sustainability on products, engineers dreaming.

saVVy does not rely on subscription or licensing fees, saVVy is enabled and licensed by LGPL and collaborative design platforms, actively developed, updated and expanded on featured branches, contributed, proposed by users, designers, engineers and academia all together.

saVVy project is managed by master developer, authorised to own proprietary rights of platform, and has been obliged to develop master branch when featurised branches, agreed and released by saVVy forum. saVVy is a fully featured conceptual design tool with an extensive list of functions for both conventional and unconventional concepts, along with links to a growing set ls. These functions cover all of the major disciplines needed in the conceptual design stage. In its current form, these functions including:

1.??Functions and capabilities : Mission architecture, operational data profiles through life ,Aerodynamics static and dynamics vehicle stability, metrics Basic performance estimation methods such as take off and landing lengths and payload range diagrams

2.??Concept digitisation : saVVy's suite of tools for analysing and monitoring, optimising, updating vehicle configurations of all geometry types.

3.??Life twinning : Digital twin is progressive living digital model, integrated into untapped operational data network, updated and monitored all through product lifecycles, to achieve management of emission free product using surrogate life cycle assessment method.
