If you are anything like me, as you go after goals, sometimes achieving the goal is actually not what you thought it was going to be.?

It wasn't as good as you expected. ??

In fact, it was the journey towards going after the goal that you enjoyed most, but you thought the goal was going to be the thing that you wanted. ??????

Savour?the anticipation of going after a goal. ????

Because what is technically happening is you are enjoying dopamine. Dopamine is the feel-good hormone in your body, but it's more of a go and seek hormone. The moment you've achieved the thing that you wanted to achieve, bye-bye dopamine and you'll get like a flatness the other side.

Achieving goals are great, setting goals are great.

But we must take a step back and understand that?savour?the journey to the goal. Because if you're anything like me, as soon as you've achieved a goal, you'll set a new one and it becomes relentless.

And if you want to keep doing that and you want to stay successful, then SAVOUR THE JOURNEY. ????????
