Has anyone heard of the Salton Sea Channel Project proposal before? I came across a post by Dr. Abe Beagles, Director of Research at Cal-Neva Water Quality Research Institute of California about the economic & environmental impact of constructing a sea water channel from the Sea of Cortez to Palm Springs/Indio, CA.
