I think Majestic has started 2016 well. In the first couple of weeks we created personalized dashboards for our users and now we have "New Link Email Alerts" up on Beta. It is an important step, because every click you can avoid users having to make saves them time. One thing almost everyone has to do every day is open their emails. It is a slog getting through them, I know, but we all do it anyway. Then, after that, our customers tend to come to our site anything from once a month to once a minute. Assuming the once a minute guys are not REALLY genuine people, that means that often users come in to check if anything is different in their world.
Well if they are only coming in to CHECK, and there is a change their time is wasted if nothing important changed, THAT is a good use of email.
