Kicking off 2024 with new updates to our SDK

We made some additions and improvements designed to elevate the user experience!

• ? We added a new on-device API to facilitate querying a user's event timeline for historic events and for subscribing to real-time event updates.
• ?? We introduced a transport classification variant fine-tuned for delivery and ride-hailing use cases.
• ??We added support for the new Privacy Manifest files (on iOS).
• ??? We released several bug fixes and performance improvements, including improved harsh driving detection for motorcycles.
