Save your Money!!! Jack pressure not maintained,

Hi, Everyone, Nice to meet you. Today i'm gonna show you how to save a little money.

For our hydraulic jack, it is widely used in Precast and post tensioning stressing works, if you can use Like my Malaysia Clent, that would be very easy that 4 years without any repair. But life is full of accident, so we are just going to face it.

First, is the Jack's part. One hydraulic jack is assemble and install by many parts. Mainly is six parts, Cylinder, Piston, Center cylinder, two end covers, small plate.Including Sealling rings, and other small parts.

Second, Check "o" ring. and If the jack is oil leaking, And oil is coming out of the jack, You need check O ring, too.

Three. Closer to home, The jack's pressure not Maintaind, We need check "Grameen Circle" , even the Grameen Circle has very little Scratches, dents. Will cause oil leakage inside the jack, so that the pressure is not maintained, if broken, need change new one.

For Today's example, All the sealling rings are well. So our engineer opend the jack, take out the Piston, It shows the reasons, 1, the Hydraulic oil is not clear enough, and there is rusty inside the cylinder.

So we need clean it and Re-grind the inner wall of the large cylinder to make it flat. Then Test is if it's Can maintain the pressure. Everything is ok, you can use it again.
