Save Your Business From Death By Complexity

Save Your Business From Death By Complexity

"Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."

-?Abraham Lincoln.

I love this quote.

And it’s the perfect advice for SaaS founders too.

Too many founders get stuck in “entrepreneur mode” and don’t spend enough time sharpening their axe.

Do you find yourself crawling through day-to-day trenches and slack threads?

Or hiring a bunch of contractors only to fire them all a few weeks later?

Or leaving a trail of half baked sh*t behind online whenever your team tries to implement a new “growth strategy”?

My friend, if that’s you…

It’s time to take a step back. It’s time to simplify. And it’s time to sharpen the axe.

That’s what Lowell Rempel and I tackle in today’s video:

This interview is pure gold.

Simplify your path to record breaking MRR: Book Your Free Growth Session Here >>>

In this episode, Lowell gets talking about:

  1. Lifting The “Leadership Lid”
  2. Scaling Without Getting Pulled All Over The Place
  3. The “Flea In The Jar” Dilemma
  4. Cover Your blind Spots With The #1 Feedback Tool?
  5. Simplifying Success And Stripping Away Complexity

And so much more.

Lowell has been building hyper-growth businesses ever since he was a kid.

At the age of 9 years old he had his first $180 day!

That’s crazy!

And at one point, Lowell was running 17 successful businesses.

One being a marketing agency with over 1000 agencies underneath them.

So believe me when I say:

Simplifying is one of the hardest parts of entrepreneurship.

And Lowell has faced this challenge time and time again, and lived to share the story.

If you’re all about scaling faster without making things complicated.

That’s what you’re going to discover in today’s video.

This is Lowell’s story (and how to simplify so you can scale).

Enjoy the video and let me know your top takeaways in the comments.

Great call out here Dan. One of my favorite quotes I keep as a guide is “make it simple, but significant.” Helps me stay focused even as things grow and complex starts to look exciting.
