Save Mother Earth!

Mothers are expected to protect their babies, a belief that supports the natural law of sustaining the human progeny.

But the human progeny depends largely on the sustainability of our natural environment for we are totally dependent on the cleanliness of the bodies of our natural water system, the freshness of the air we breathe in and the cleanliness of our surroundings.

It is but expected that we also help in preserving our natural environment for the present and future generation of human beings. Therefore, let us respect and protect Mother Earth.

Why?

Fact 1: MAN’S TOTAL DEPENDENCY ON OUR PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT LEADS TO THE ABUSE OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES.

Since we are dependent on our environment, we should therefore sustain our natural resources to avoid SCARCITY.

SCARCITY is a major factor which causes conflict amongst men that is why most people tend to corrupt the environmental system to ensure that they can monopolize our available resources to suit their needs.

Which means, the greedy man will exhaust all means within his disposition to use the environment and its resources to yield the maximum benefits to satisfy him.

Bad, right? Yes.

That is why we seek forums to express our disagreement to such a monopolized and manipulative way of using the environment to satisfy man’s insatiable appetite.

FACT 2: THE GREED IN MAN PUSHES HIM TO MODIFY OUR ENVIRONMENT ACCORDING TO HIS NEEDS.

Too much modification results to the satisfaction of few families to the detriment of the majority leaving them having no more share in the natural resources.

FACT 3: MODIFICATION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT RESULTS IN INCREASING PROBLEMS IN OUR MIDST.

In the process of modifying our environment, this lead to an imbalance of our natural resources resulting to the following:

a. Air, water and land pollution

b.Forest Denudation

c.Improper waste disposal (solid, water)

d.Ozone depletion

These and other issues are haunting all the EARTH WARRIORS as I write. It also includes the abuse of our forests for business ventures that kill the natural habitat of our wildlife.

That is why we need to unite and stand up for Mother Earth.
