If your looking for some assistance in selling your home, I will do it for only 3.5% commission total. I offer full service Real Estate Brokerage at a discounted commission rate. Most other Real Estate Brokers out there charge 5% or 6% commission, but not me.

My rate of only 3.5% includes the following…

1. Your Property goes onto the MLS with a 2.5% payout to the buyers broker on the MLS.

2. A Brokers Open on the first Tuesday that the property is on the market.

3 . No minimum length of contract, you can cancel at any time, and If I sell it myself then the commission is only 1%.
