Context
1) Road traffic on most metropolitan cities are havoc.
2) People not getting emergency hospital commute services on-time.
3) Ambulance service disruption causing human loss and high trauma deaths.
Few statistics from web on the situation:
a) More than 50% of heart attack cases reach hospital late, govt data shows (https://www.hindustantimes.com/india-news/more-than-50-of-heart-attack-cases-reach-hospital-late-govt-data-shows/story-penFdsewgGwpIwiQnRDoLJ.html)
b) Ambulance Stuck in traffic, Scary Right?

c) Thousands die from ambulance delays

Solution
1) I think “Design Thinking” approach of using Metro train as an alternative faster / seamless commute and connectivity will provide larger benefits.
2) Transforming small couch area (at-least for <=10 patients) of the Metro train into ambulance like facility.
3) Establish communication between patient pick-up from home to metro station and from there to hospital.
4) Establish 1 or 2 emergency ambulance services in the vicinity of the metro station(s).
5) All metro stations already having lift and elevator service.
6) Metro train connectivity is expanding in all directions and connective points.
Benefits
1) Save Life from trauma deaths.
2) Seamless commute connectivity during health emergencies.
3) Human loss due to traffic jam delays, high trauma will reduce.
4) Slowly hospitals will move or setup near metro commute vicinity.
5) Society health service improvement and new job creation.
