Save HUGE Amounts of Energy!

SweepCLEAR Coalescing Media Retrofit - Stop HVAC Corrosion and Fouling by Removing Microscopic AIR and DIRT Particles. Save energy & water.
SweepCLEAR's patented air & dirt separator's ultra-low pressure drop will save one data center's HVAC system $95,000/year in reduced pumping energy (25,000 GPM system) verse an older style air and dirt separator. SweepCLEAR uses a standard, pipe-size, tangential air separator that is designed to have a very low pressure drop, even at the maximum flow rate. The standard separator is filled with miles of the SweepCLEAR fine SS wire mesh matrix. The result is a pipe-size, high-performance air and dirt separator that removes 99% of the air and dirt but does not exceed 2 feet of pressure drop.
The older style air and dirt separator uses wire mesh but it is attached to large pipes that block the water flow, resulting in very high-pressure drops. Based on the pressure drop, water flow, and energy cost, the energy that would be wasted using the older style separator was calculated to be $95,000/year. The only way to lower their pressure drop is to use separators larger than pipe size or put 2 or more in parallel. Both are costly options, and may not fit in the facility.
SweepCLEAR saves additional energy by removing air and dirt which block heat transfer. Energy efficiency will improve a minimum of 10% once SweepCLEAR has been operational for one month.
