Save the date: BEREC Stakeholder Forum on 1 April 2025
Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC)
#empoweringEUconnectivity
As we welcome in a new year, the countdown to our signature event, the BEREC Stakeholder Forum, has begun! BEREC will hold its Stakeholder Forum at The EGG conference centre in Brussels on 1 April 2025, providing an occasion to discuss the latest telecom developments and to exchange ideas with stakeholders from the telecommunications industry, policymakers and other interested parties. Our cooperation improves consistency and harmonised application of European regulatory rules and practices in the telecommunications industry.
Format of the event
We are happy to announce that we will continue with the format that has already become a tradition – starting the event with the Meet&Greet sessions, with the BEREC Stakeholder Forum conference taking place after lunch. The event will then conclude with a networking reception.
Meet&Greet
The Meet&Greet sessions are informal meetings held in person only. Registered stakeholders will have an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss the challenges the sector faces with the BEREC Working Group Co-Chairs over a coffee.
The Meet&Greet sessions will start at 09:00 CET and will last until lunchtime. To take part in one of these sessions, you will need to register in advance for a specific working group (or groups) and a timeslot. Each working group will have three 30-minute rounds of meetings. After a break, a new group of participants will gather to meet the co-chairs. For more information, please consult the registration page. The number of seats per session is limited, attendees will be registered on a first come, first served basis. If all the seats for your desired Meet&Greet session are fully booked, a waiting list will be available.
