I am reaching out to help and friend and maybe you and your client. A friend booked a trip (2 nights in Cannes and 5 in Nice) for this past summer. His wife got sick and he had to cancel. No problem unless they booked a Non-Refundable trip , which they did. The hotel offered to let them rebook or transfer the room.
