SavCon Delivers Another Space at the Zero Irving

We are thrilled to share this cutting-edge office fit-out for our esteemed client, JRE Partners, on the 14th floor of the iconic Zero Irving building. This high-end, contemporary 5,377 square-foot space, now serving as JRE’s New York City headquarters, was completed in an impressive 15 weeks, underscoring our commitment to efficiency and excellence.

This project is a piece of an ongoing partnership, as SavCon has been entrusted with the construction of ten different spaces within the Zero Irving building. The successful completion of these projects not only reinforces our strong relationship with this client but also highlights our dedication to delivering top-tier quality and precision in every task we undertake.

A year ago, the SavCon team embarked on a unique event as we crushed grapes and delved into the intricate process of winemaking. This venture was more than just about learning; it was a dynamic team-building exercise that brought us closer together.? We are thrilled to introduce our very own SavCon Wine — a signature red blend that has aged to perfection.

Just like our project management style, our team was hands-on at every stage of the winemaking process, from the initial crush to the final bottling, ensuring the highest standards of quality and a meticulous attention to detail. We are excited to share our signature red blend with our team and clients. We look forward to toasting to our collective achievements and the many successes yet to come. The torch is now passed to Casey Richardson who is now the CEO of SavCon.
