Sausage Dogs are fake!

Warning - This content may upset you!
The very thought, that a sausage dog, these beautiful creatures could be masquerading as something that they are not will surely come as very upsetting news to some of you.
It is all of course, completely untrue! It is not within the nature of a dachshund to do such a thing! What is true is that some people on social media are doing just that! Yes, shameless! How can this be the truth? Surely we would know in this day and age if someone is pulling the wool over our eyes? We are all striving to be authentic and social sell so we must now have a landscape where everyone is being honest?
As I read from one to post to another, day to day on Linkedin on some people's profiles I can spot the fakery! I should point out that I do spend about 90% of my day on Linkedin and other social platforms so I would say I am in a position to spot the lies!
How do you spot it?
What you need to do to spot these fakes is read between the lines. Stay emotionally objective and look at the facts that people give rather than read into the emotional elements.
A great example is someone that posts one day that they are having the week from hell, their business is on the floor, life is tough isn't it...blah blah blah and then two days later (it will never be the next day...they know you will catch on if they did that), 'I'm crushing it!' - 'I have got 3 new clients this month', it is all going swimmingly.
Now, I am not saying that a day isn't a long time in business and that miracles can't happen but generally business doesn't go from on the floor to crushing it just like that! Or maybe there are elements which are true but the exaggeration is also true.
How do you prove you are authentic?
So the question all sausage dogs and possibly humans are asking is, how do I prove I am authentic and show my value on social media without people thinking I might be faking it Graham?
Well that's where I come in. I am working with clients to change their content from being content to activity!

What that means for you is focussing on what you are doing, and make your business life worth talking about. If you have objectives and purpose, show them.
What it means for me, is working hard with you to demonstrate your knowledge and value through conversation where there is nowhere to hide. For when our voice is heard amongst other leaders in our sector, then people know our value.
I help people feel more comfortable having those conversations. As someone with years of hosting and management experience behind me I bring my skills to the table to help you tell your story. Whether I am interviewing musicians or ergonomics experts my aim is the same, help the client tell the story!
Back to the sausage dogs please!
As you love sausage dogs it is important that we come back there. Our sausage 'Trooper' wants you to realise your potential on social media and so he has insisted that I make space in my diary for any of you who are now thinking,
He is right you know, let's get talking out there and show people how good we are at what we do!
If you would like to take this further please organise a quick chat with me and let's make this happen!
