I decided to restructure all of my work using AI and automation in the middle to late 2020. After seeing a clear cost and time benefit, I started suggesting the same to clients. (though hardly anyone executed it then.Lesson to all aspiring consultants: Don't be like me, don't give free inputs to clients.Ask for money and they will appreciate it more :p)

Then ChatGPT arrived and changed the game.
