Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud, agreements for the Ras Mohaisen Independent Water Plant Project were formalized by Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Fadley, Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture.
Located in Al-Qunfudhah, the plant will produce 300,000 cubic meters of desalinated water daily, enhancing water supply in Makkah and Al-Bahah. Set to begin operations in Q1 2028, it supports Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting private sector investment and innovation.
