Examining the link between green digital transformation (GDT) and green digital mentality (GDM) was investigated in this study. Sustainability and technological progress are key tenets of green digital transformational leadership (GDTL)'s approach to business. According to the research, GDT is the result of GDTL's beneficial effect on GDM, making it easier for the company to implement sustainable digital practices. The research recognized that organizational green digital culture (OGDC) was found to moderate the association between GDTL and GDM. Finding that a robust OGDC amplifies the effect of GDTL on GDM highlights the significance of a company culture that values digital and environmentally conscious endeavors. The research shed light on how corporate culture, new technologies, and strong leadership all play a role in easing the transition to green digital transformation. Having this knowledge can help organizations take advantage of digital technologies in a way that is both sustainable and ecologically conscientious. The research helps business executives how they can motivate their staff to adopt green policies and make use of digital tools to accomplish sustainability objectives. The study highlights the significance of leaders establishing a course of action for their followers to follow concerning digital and environmental technology, motivating them with plans for the environment, and fostering teamwork among employees to achieve green, digital, and sustainable objectives. The importance of corporations making sustainability a top priority through digitalization in all departments and establishing transparent policies to encourage green digital practices and sustainability in all areas of operations is also emphasized. Furthermore, the study delves into how people perceive a personal responsibility to reduce energy consumption, make use of environmentally friendly technology, and incorporate green digital practices into their everyday routines. Additionally, it explores how companies are embracing environmentally friendly technologies and incorporating them into their daily operations. Organizations can take a page out of this study's playbook by committing to cultivating leaders who exhibit green digital transformational behaviors; encouraging digital innovation and sustainability; designing successful configurations incorporating green digital transformational leadership, culture, and mindset; and relentlessly pursuing opportunities to leverage the interplay, synergy, and complementarity of digital and green resources. To better understand these phenomena and how contextual factors like digital maturity and digital capabilities impact green digital transformational leadership and outcomes, more research in various industry and cultural contexts is recommended.
