A Saudi Facility Management Co. based in Riyadh is looking for a Saudi Recruitment Manager
PROFILE SUMMARY
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Sourcing and employee placement, starting from manpower planning, and job needs activation ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Technology will be the main element of the role to introduce new approaches and reporting.
JOB FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
1.????? Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
Developing strategies to source and attract qualified Employees from various countries, often through partnerships with overseas recruitment agencies
High attention to blue-collar workers hiring from the targeted market mapped with the internal market and client's needs at the most optimized and efficient approaches
Apply different approaches for blue-collar, white-collar, and managerial roles.
Tailor strategy between internal and overseas hiring, experience and inexperience calibers and target to adapt governmental local hiring initiative
2.????? Visa and Immigration Processes: Managing visa and immigration processes for overseas hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely
3.????? Screening and Selection: Implementing effective screening and selection processes to identify the best candidates for the job, including conducting interviews and background checks
4.????? Cost Management: Overseeing recruitment budgets and ensuring cost-effective hiring practices, including negotiating terms with recruitment agencies and managing recruitment-related expenses
5.????? Onboarding and Training: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs to help them integrate smoothly into the company and local culture.
6.????? Communication and Coordination: Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including hiring managers, overseas agencies, and candidates, to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
7.????? Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes to senior management
8.????? Promoting Transparency and Accountability: Ensuring transparent recruitment practices and clear communication with candidates about their roles, rights, and responsibilities.
9.????? Adapting to Market Changes: Staying updated on changes in labor market conditions and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly to meet the company's needs
10.? Effectively Leading Recruitment team to serve the strategical and operational sourcing needs and actions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
·???????? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
