PROFILE SUMMARY:

The Personnel Leader is responsible for leading the Personnel team to ensure full

compliance with internal and governmental liabilities when it comes to GOSI, labor

regulation and ensure high quality of employee data maintained and updated

across employee’s hire-to-retire journey.

JOB FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

1. Social insurance

Ensure compliance with employee social insurance registration, for newcomers

and for leavers

Monthly governmental Gosi invoice and financial liabilities has to reflect internal

employee balance and mapped with GOSI invoice and related accruals

Up-to-date data updates.

2. Employee data:

Employee data to be ready and available for all employees according to the mandatory

info.

From recruitment with digital information, and scanned copies of all the employee

certificates

Data will archived and easy to access

Employee contact data, mobile, and emails to be available across all company staff

3. Contracts management:

Contract creation for newcomers at Qiwa.

Contract renewal to be managed with proper planning and ensure full collaboration

with line managers for the rightful renewal and consider the aligned termination

according to termination rules, and legal compliance.

4. End of services

Act as subject matter expert in managing employee termination actions, by partner

with other departments and line managers on the best approach to consider if

such cases occurred with full compliance with legal and labor regulations

Dealing with project base mass activities to ensure demobilization well managed

and comply with regulations

5. Attendance:

Ensure full compliance with the employee attendance and absence rules, leading

course of action(s) at any breach of these rules up to termination

6. Compliance and disciplinary

Act as company SME for the compliance violation, support with the right actions to

consider and ensure proper documentation for any raised claims

7. Vacation:

Maintain employee vacation records at hiring and with any consumption

Report to finance on regular base employee vacation balance and associated

financial balances.

Ensure employee have access to their data and vacation balance

Seek tools and systems to reflect any absence and update to data vacation balances

8. Communication and Coordination:

Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including other HR teams,

and across company department

Maintain up-to-date policies and processes and always seek wide awareness across

Organization

9. Monitoring and Reporting:

Tracking the different personnel activities

Set controls and KPIs to the process, systems, and team to ensure proper data

presented and with high accuracy

10. Legal and Labor compliance:

Ensuring transparent recruitment practices and clear communication with

candidates about their roles, rights, and responsibilities.

11. Policies and procedures:

Staying updated on changes in the labor market regulations and adjusting related policies and process

Ensure stakeholders' awareness and update on any legal and labor changes

12. Technology

Seek and collaborate with the information technology team to, ensure a dynamic

dashboard for personnel activities and ensure automation of team activities as well

as introduce employee self-services.

13. Internal transfers

Lead and always track and control employee transfer actions, to reflect at

employee records.

Seek best practices and systems to apply for transfers with hassle-free steps

Ensure all stockholders and related teams are aligned and updated with the transfer effect

14. Team Leadership

Proven ability to select, attract,t and retain strong personnel calibers

Ability to individual activities, seek achievement, and meet challenges through

guiding team members.

Set KPIs to monitor the team performance, and to reach aligned objectives

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

? Previous experience in managing personnel activities

? Experience in blue-collar industry

? Experience in facility management or project base industry is a plus

? Saudi market experience

? 6-8 years experience, if which is min 3 years in leading a team

SKILLS

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

? Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to contracts.

? Analytical skills for team activities and dashboards.

? Proficiency with HR management systems and software.

? Solid leadership

? Proficiency in the English language is a must
