The vision has three main pillars: a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation. The vibrant society pillar aims to promote social and cultural development by improving the quality of life for Saudi citizens, including women, youth, and the disabled. This includes initiatives to promote sports, arts, and entertainment, as well as efforts to improve healthcare and education.

The thriving economy pillar aims to transform Saudi Arabia's economy by promoting private sector growth and foreign investment. The plan includes initiatives to develop industries such as tourism, mining, and renewable energy, as well as efforts to improve the ease of doing business in the country.

The ambitious nation pillar aims to position Saudi Arabia as a leader in the region and the world by promoting innovation and global partnerships. This includes initiatives to develop Saudi Arabia's human capital and increase its participation in international organizations and forums.
